Here's the real deal - a previous co-owner (who we bought out in 2023) popped up on social media making false claims that the business we are operating is not Color Up. We had to do the right thing and pause for a moment to check-in with our legal counsel. We now have the green light, and we're keepin' the new (old) labels coming!

THE IMPACT ON YOU:
That brief pause pushed us a few days past when we can reasonably keep "VXN" packaging at our old shipping warehouse before it hits our tax liability for next year. You wanted transparency? You're getting now and forever from us. VXN-branded products are now available to our retail and wholesale customers to move them out.

NOTE TO B2B PARTNERS: Color Up's retail customers are our family, friends and clients, not our B2B Pro Account's clients. If you are a wholesale partner who knows your customer is shopping on our website - reach out - we will redirect them to you and block them from purchasing from our site. We do not want your community shopping on our site, we want you serving them, please.

THE TIMELINE:
Because of the pause, the new Color Up labels are moving into January. That’s just what it is and it's clearly labeled on every product to set expectations properly. We aren't rushing perfection, and we aren't letting the noise speed us up or slow us down this time – we're doing it right.
