Order Processing & Shipping Guidelines

At Color Up, we formulate, pour, and pack our products in small batches. This intentional process ensures that every item reaching your door is fresh and professional-grade.
Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or holiday launches, please allow 5–10 business days for our team to hand-pack your order.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase at no charge by emailing support@colorupco.com with your order number.
Once 48 hours have passed, your order may already be in production or have shipped. Cancellations after this window are subject to a 20% restocking fee as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Shipping Partners & Rates
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide the most reliable and cost-effective delivery options.
Tracking: Once your order leaves our lab or warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
📍 Shipping Restrictions & Addresses
Domestic Only: We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. (Note: Shipping rates for HI/AK may vary).
P.O. Boxes: We accept orders shipping to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement by emailing support@colorupco.com.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
If an address change is requested after the package has left our facility, a $20 carrier-mandated rerouting fee will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Color Up is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend:
- Filing a claim with the carrier or contacting your local post office
- Selecting signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders
Holiday & Weekend Schedule
Our lab and shipping partners observe the following:
Weekends: We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Holidays: Our team is off for major U.S. holidays (New Year's, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Orders placed on these days will ship the following business week.
Carrier Delays & Terms
While we guarantee that your order will leave our lab on time, Color Up is not responsible for delays caused by carrier volume, weather, or transit issues. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs on expedited services that are delayed due to carrier-related factors.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
