Industry Event Calendar
Industry Events and Updates Hub
This page was once home to our community Event Calendar, where we shared local workshops, trainings, and gatherings. As our business and industry have evolved, we’ve reimagined this space into something even more important: a hub for industry updates, regulatory shifts, and key clarifications that impact professionals and customers in the CBD wellness world. Think of it as our way of continuing to track the “events” that shape our journey—whether that’s transparency about Amazon shipping vs. selling, new laws in cannabis skincare, or milestone moments in the evolution of Color Up. By keeping these updates in one place, we aim to give you clarity, context, and confidence as you walk this path with us.
🆕 Latest Update
Amazon Shipping vs. Amazon Selling: What You Need to Know
Date: August 2025
Since launching in 2015, Color Up has never sold our CBD products – wholesale or retail – on Amazon. We know this matters deeply to our professional partners, and we want to make that crystal clear.
Why You May See “Amazon Shipping” and that is through our fulfillment partner, ShipBob, who sometimes uses Amazon’s shipping network as a carrier for delivery. This is a logistics-only service and has nothing to do with Amazon Marketplace. Your orders continue to come directly from us, manufactured in our CDPHE-licensed hemp lab in Denver.
In late 2024, we launched VXN LUX by VXN Beauty Den, a separate non-CBD skincare line formulated by our Brazilian female formulator. This line was created to give us a platform outside the restrictions placed on CBD brands, since our accounts have been flagged, suspended, and blocked from paid ads across nearly every major platform since 2015. VXN LUX was briefly sold on Amazon Prime during the 2024 holiday season into early 2025 — but again, never our CBD products. When our formulator made the decision to step away for a stable position (a choice we fully respected), we lost the heart and continuity behind that line. Without her passion and leadership, we quickly chose to discontinue it and return our full focus to CBD skincare and our professional community.
The VXN LUX products have since sold out and been pulled back from Amazon. Our CBD line remains completely independent, available only through:

We know that for professionals, credibility and exclusivity matter, so we feel it’s important that you know:
The CBD products you're using in your treatment rooms and selling to your clients, have never been sold on Amazon
What you may see labeled as “Amazon Shipping” is just a carrier service, not a storefront
The short-lived non-CBD line is retired, and our commitment is — and always has been — to our professional partners and the Color Up CBD collection
