An Important Update About Your Color Up Account

We’re making a meaningful change to how you log in and access your Color Up account — and we want to make sure you understand exactly what’s changing, why we made this decision, and what it means for your experience going forward.

Why We’re Making This Change

After a year of significant transition — new branding, new formulations, and rebuilding our fulfillment systems to the standard you deserve — we made the decision to invest in the infrastructure behind your account experience as well. The login system we’re moving to is Shopify’s new customer account platform. This isn’t a cosmetic update. It’s a fundamental shift in how your identity and data are protected when you shop with us.

The Security Behind This Change

The new login system eliminates passwords entirely — and that’s intentional. Passwords are the single most common point of failure in online account security. Shopify’s new account system replaces them with a one-time 6-digit verification code sent directly to your email each time you log in. This means:

• There is no password to steal — even if someone knows your email, they cannot access your account without your inbox
• Every login is verified in real time with a code that expires quickly and can only be used once
• Your payment information, order history, and personal data are protected by Shopify’s encrypted infrastructure
• No third-party app handles your login — credentials go directly through Shopify’s systems

For Retail Customers

What changes: You’ll log in at account.colorupco.com using your email address and a 6-digit code sent to your inbox — no password needed.

What stays the same: Your complete order history, saved addresses, store credit, and ability to track orders and manage your profile.

First time logging in: Go to account.colorupco.com, enter your email, and check your inbox for your verification code. No password reset required.

For Professional & Wholesale Partners

As part of this transition, we are formally moving all licensed professional and wholesale partners into a dedicated B2B company account system built specifically for professional buyers. Your new account includes:

• A dedicated partner portal at account.colorupco.com — separate from the retail experience
• Wholesale pricing applied automatically — no discount codes, no workarounds
• Company-level order history across all orders placed under your business
• Multiple contacts under one company account for staff who place orders
• Net terms built directly into your checkout experience (where applicable)

We are personally migrating each professional partner into the new system. You don’t need to create anything — we’re building it for you. When the new system goes live, you’ll receive a separate onboarding email with your specific login instructions.
