Color Up operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Color Up is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls. By using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.

FDA & Health Disclaimers The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All information presented here is not meant as a substitute for or alternative to information from healthcare practitioners. Please consult your healthcare professional about potential interactions or other possible complications before using any product. The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requires this notice. Representations regarding the efficacy and safety of Color Up’s CBD-based products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always check with your physician before starting a new ingestible product.

CBD & Drug Testing Notice The Cannabidiol (CBD) in these products is a natural constituent of industrial hemp plant and grown in the United States of America. Color Up does not sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act (US CSA). Most work-place drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp-based constituents. Even though our products contain less than .3% THC by dry weight (Federal Legal Limit), studies have shown that ingesting Full Spectrum CBD can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens. Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of employment drug testing or screening, we recommend (as does the United States Armed Services) that you do not take our FULL SPECTRUM products. Our “pure” or pure CBD products are an isolated cannabinoid and do not contain any THC (0.00%). If you are subject to drug screenings you should only use our pure CBD products
