CBD Skincare

CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring, active compound (cannabinoid) found in both the hemp and cannabis plant. CBD is most commonly utilized in oil form, which makes it ideal for adding to skincare products. Thanks to the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, which made industrial hemp (meaning it contains less than 0.03% THC) federally legal in the United States. CBD has no psychoactive effects, meaning people who use it don’t experience the euphoric effects or “high” like with the THC in marijuana, making it an excellent cannabinoid for daily skincare.
