Step 1

How to Access Your Portal

Your wholesale portal is completely separate from the retail store. It lives at its own URL and uses a secure, passwordless sign-in system. Here's how it works:

Go to propartner.colorupco.com

This is your exclusive wholesale portal. Do not use the main colorupco.com store — your pricing will not appear there.

Enter your registered email address

Use the email address on file with Color Up. There is no password — just your email.

Check your inbox for a 6-digit access code

A private code is sent instantly to your email. It expires in 10 minutes. Enter it on the sign-in screen.

You're in — your pricing is live

Your wholesale tier pricing is automatically applied. No codes, no manual adjustments needed.

What's Inside Your Portal

Once you're signed in, here's everything available to you:

Shop Wholesale

Browse the full catalog at your net pricing. Your tier discount is applied automatically — Keystone Standard (50%), VIP Partner (55%), or Schools and Institutional (60%).

Order History

View all past orders, track shipments in real time, and download invoices. One-click reorder duplicates any past order instantly.

Company Profile

Your business name, saved shipping addresses, and tax exemption status are stored here. Update anytime from your profile settings.

Net Payment Terms

Approved partners can order now and pay within their net terms window (Net 7 through Net 60). Applied automatically at checkout. Apply here →

Checkout

Your saved address pre-fills at checkout. Net terms (if approved) appear as a payment option. No retail payment methods are required.

What Changed From the Old System

If you had an account with us before — whether as Color Up or during the VXN era — here's exactly what changed and what stayed the same.

What Changed

  • New portal URL: propartner.colorupco.com
  • No more password — replaced with secure email code
  • Pricing tiers renamed: Keystone Standard, VIP, Schools
  • Faire is no longer the primary ordering channel
  • Net terms now available directly through the portal

What Stayed the Same

  • Same legal entity, same lab, same formulas
  • Your pricing tier and history are intact
  • Same products — now fully 2026 hemp law compliant
  • Same team, same support contacts
  • Keystone pricing — 50% off MSRP minimum

Step 4

Troubleshooting and Getting Help

I'm not receiving the sign-in code
Check your spam or junk folder. Add mailer@shopify.com to your safe senders list and try again. Codes expire after 10 minutes — request a new one if needed.
I don't know which email to use
Try any email you've ever used to order from us — including during the VXN era or through our old WordPress store. If none work, contact us and we'll find your account.
My pricing doesn't look right
Make sure you're signed in at propartner.colorupco.com — not the main retail store. Your pricing only appears when you're signed into your approved B2B account. If you're signed in and pricing still looks wrong, contact us.
I don't have an account yet
Your portal access must be set up by our team first. Apply for a wholesale account here → We'll review and activate your account within 24–48 hours.
I want to apply for net payment terms
Net 7 through Net 60 terms are available to approved partners. No credit checks, no soft pulls. Apply here → We review applications within 2–3 business days.
I need to update my shipping address or tax exemption
Sign in to your portal and go to Profile → Settings. You can update your company address, add multiple shipping locations, and manage your tax exemption status there.
