PUMPKIN Enzyme is a professional-only enzymatic exfoliation masque built on one of the most sophisticated multi-source exfoliation systems in the Color Up line. Organic Pumpkin Puree delivers proteolytic enzymes that dissolve dead skin cells at the molecular level. Sugar Cane, Orange Fruit, Lemon Fruit, and Sugar Maple Extracts provide naturally occurring AHAs. Bilberry Fruit Extract delivers antioxidant anthocyanins. Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, and L-Ascorbic Acid complete the triple-acid brightening system. And 200mg of organic hemp-derived CBD (THC ≤0mg) modulates the inflammatory response that exfoliation can trigger in reactive skin. The Multi-Source Exfoliation System includes:
- Organic Pumpkin Puree Enzymes — Proteolytic enzymes dissolving keratin proteins in dead corneocytes. Pumpkin’s naturally high enzyme content makes it one of the most effective food-derived enzymatic exfoliants available.
- Sugar Cane Extract — Naturally occurring glycolic acid, the smallest AHA molecule with the deepest penetration.
- Orange Fruit Extract — Naturally occurring citric acid plus Vitamin C. Brightening and AHA exfoliation with antioxidant activity.
- Lemon Fruit Extract — Naturally occurring citric acid plus Vitamin C. Additional brightening and AHA exfoliation.
- Sugar Maple Extract — Naturally occurring malic and tartaric acids. Gentler AHA activity appropriate for sensitive skin.
Layered with Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, and L-Ascorbic Acid for comprehensive exfoliation and brightening in a single masque step.
