DETOX delivers the same award-winning dual-clay formula in a professional 4oz backbar size — designed for high-frequency facial treatment use. Kaolin and Bentonite clays draw out impurities and refine pores. Organic Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Jojoba, and Apricot Kernel Oil maintain barrier integrity while the clays work. 200mg of organic hemp-derived CBD (THC ≤0mg) modulates the inflammatory response that congested and acne-prone skin is already dealing with. And a botanical essential oil blend of Neroli, Lavender, Rose, Geranium, and Frankincense delivers therapeutic aromatics with documented skin-supportive properties. The Dual-Clay System includes:

  • Natural Kaolin Clay — Fine-particle, gentle clay that absorbs excess sebum and surface impurities without stripping the skin’s acid mantle. Appropriate for all skin types including sensitive and dry.
  • Natural Bentonite Clay — A swelling clay with a strong negative ionic charge that attracts and binds positively charged toxins, heavy metals, and impurities. More absorbent than Kaolin — the combination provides comprehensive purification without the over-drying effect of Bentonite alone.

Ingredient breakdown

Cannabidiol (CBD) — 200mg Organic Hemp-Derived | THC ≤0mg — Modulates CB2 receptor activity in the skin's immune cells, reducing inflammatory cytokine signaling. In a clay masque context, CBD's anti-inflammatory action addresses the underlying inflammation driving congestion, breakouts, and sensitivity — while the clays address surface impurities. Non-intoxicating. Non-detectable THC on every batch COA.

Natural Kaolin Clay — Fine-particle, gentle clay mineral that absorbs excess sebum and surface impurities without aggressively stripping the skin's acid mantle. Appropriate for all skin types including sensitive and dry.

Natural Bentonite Clay — A swelling clay with a strong negative ionic charge that attracts and binds positively charged toxins, heavy metals, and impurities. More absorbent than Kaolin — the combination provides comprehensive purification without the over-drying effect of Bentonite alone.

Organic Shea Butter — Oleic, stearic, and linoleic fatty acids plus triterpene alcohols with documented anti-inflammatory activity. Counteracts the drying effect of the clay system, maintaining barrier integrity. Contains tree nuts (Shea Nut Butter).

Organic Cocoa Butter — Additional emollient nourishment. Contributes to the smooth, creamy texture and barrier-supportive lipid profile.

Organic Jojoba Oil — Non-comedogenic liquid wax ester. Appropriate for oily and acne-prone skin. Lightweight conditioning that balances the clay system without contributing to congestion.

Organic Apricot Kernel Oil — Rich in oleic and linoleic acids. Lightweight, rapidly absorbing. Mimics the skin's natural sebum composition for hydration without heaviness.

Organic Rosehip Seed Oil — Linoleic acid, trans-retinoic acid precursors, and antioxidant carotenoids. Supports skin tone uniformity and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Organic Aloe Vera — Humectant and anti-inflammatory botanical. Soothes reactive skin during masque application and supports hydration through the treatment.

Botanical Essential Oil Blend — Neroli, Lavender, Rose, Geranium, Frankincense (all Organic) — Neroli and Rose support skin tone and pore appearance; Lavender provides anti-inflammatory and calming activity; Geranium supports sebum balance; Frankincense has documented antioxidant and skin-rejuvenating properties. Patch test recommended for fragrance-sensitive clients.

How to use

Apply a thin, even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on 10–15 minutes. Pro tip: mist client's skin lightly with MIST Hydrating Tonic mid-treatment to keep the masque slightly damp and active. Remove with a warm, damp towel. Follow with appropriate serum, moisturizer, and SPF. Appropriate for oily, congested, acne-prone, combination, and normal skin. Reduce contact time to 5–10 minutes for dry or compromised skin.
