COA Lab Reports & CDPHE Manufacturing License

At House of VXN, product safety, transparency, and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable. All cannabinoid-infused formulations manufactured under VXN LAB by Color Up are produced in a licensed Colorado facility, in compliance with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and Colorado MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) regulations governing industrial hemp-derived cannabinoid products.

Our CDPHE-issued Manufacturing License authorizes us to produce hemp-extract topicals and cosmetics that meet the state’s current regulatory framework. This includes stringent requirements for product formulation, batch tracking, contaminant testing, and third-party verification.

What Is a COA (Certificate of Analysis)?

A COA, or Certificate of Analysis, is a third-party lab report that verifies the cannabinoid profile, potency, and purity of each input material and finished product batch. We provide full COAs for all hemp-derived ingredients used in our cannabinoid-infused products—whether Full Spectrum Extract, Broad Spectrum Distillate, or CBD Isolate—alongside finished product testing when required.

Every COA Includes

Cannabinoid Content

Verified levels of CBD, THC (must be <0.3% to remain compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill), and minor cannabinoids.

Contaminant Screening

Testing for heavy metals, residual solvents, pesticides, microbial content, and mycotoxins—ensuring our products are safe for topical use.

Batch Identification

COAs are tied to specific batch numbers, allowing full traceability.

Lab Accreditation & Methodology

All COAs are issued by ISO-17025 accredited laboratories using validated testing methods like HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) or LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) for precise cannabinoid quantification.

2025 Regulatory Alignment

As of 2025, Colorado continues to require CDPHE licensing for manufacturing hemp-derived topicals, along with adherence to current FDA guidance on cosmetic labeling and good manufacturing practices. Our facility meets all state-mandated health and safety standards, and we stay abreast of ongoing federal oversight from the FDA, FTC, and potential scheduling or regulation updates at the national level.
