We want to be clear and transparent: Color Up (VXN LAB) CBD products have never been sold on Amazon, and never will be.

Why does your tracking sometimes say “Amazon Shipping”?

Our fulfillment warehouse, ShipBob, occasionally uses Amazon’s logistics service (Amazon Shipping) as a carrier to deliver packages. This is not the same as Amazon Marketplace.

Amazon Shipping = logistics only

Amazon Selling = retail marketplace

We do not sell or distribute our CBD products through Amazon’s marketplace, and never have.

The Story Behind Amazon and VXN LUX

In 2024, during a season of transition, we developed a non-CBD line called VXN LUX. It was created specifically without CBD so we could test larger retail platforms like Amazon, Meta, and Google. After two years of formulation work, that line launched briefly on Amazon.

The experience taught us a lot:

We gained visibility and learned the logistics of a massive platform.

We also lost bandwidth, absorbed significant costs, and realized Amazon’s system didn’t align with our mission or values.

We quickly pulled VXN LUX from Amazon and returned our focus to supporting professionals, small businesses, and wellness boutiques directly.

What This Means for You

• Our CBD and Full Spectrum products have never been sold on Amazon (did we say that yet?)

• We remain committed to exclusivity for licensed professionals, wellness centers, and our community.

• If your tracking says “Amazon Shipping,” it simply means ShipBob used their delivery network to move your package. The order still comes directly from us — from our lab, our team, and our hands.

Why This Matters

We know how important it is for our professional partners to trust that they’re not competing with us on Amazon. Protecting that trust is part of our integrity. Our CBD line will always stay in the hands of professionals and our direct community, not a mass marketplace.
