Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING GUIDELINES
At Color Up we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and in compliance with all Amazon and ShipBob guidelines. We use ShipBob for fulfillment, ensuring that your orders are handled with the highest standards of care and precision.
Shipping Partners
We use ShipBob to fulfill orders, and ShipBob partners with major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, for shipments within the U.S. We offer free shipping on orders over a specified dollar amount, which you can find in our current rates. Our shipping methods are optimized to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery for every order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the day of order placement, provided the order is placed by 12 PM MST. During peak times, such as holidays, processing may take up to 4-5 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay in processing your order or if your order requires multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you).
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please note that all delivery times are based on business days.
Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
• We currently only ship within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping options and pricing for Alaska and Hawaii may vary based on service availability.
• We do not ship internationally.
Holiday Schedule
Shipments do not leave our facility on weekends or on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after an order has shipped, there will be a “change of address” fee of $20. However, carriers may offer free pickup options from their appointed facilities.
COVID-19 and Delivery Guarantees
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery times for expedited services. Refunds will not be provided if packages do not arrive within the chosen service timeframe.
