Representations regarding the efficacy and safety of Color Up’s CBD based products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products and statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new ingestible product.
The Cannabidiol (CBD) in these products is a natural constituent of industrial hemp plant and grown in the United States of America. Color Up does not sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act (US CSA).
Most work-place drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp based constituents.
Even though our products contain less than .3% THC by dry weight (Federal Legal Limit), studies have shown that ingesting Full Spectrum CBD can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens.
Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of employment drug testing or screening, we recommend (as does the United States Armed Services) that you do not take our FULL SPECTRUM products. Our “pure” or pure CBD products are an isolated cannabinoid and do not contain any THC (0.00%). If you are subject to drug screenings you should only use our pure CBD products.
