Please be advised that during these times the postal service can be delayed on their normal delivery times. We can only provide shipping information based on the provided tracking number. This is also the only information we can use to verify delivery. If the post office shows the package successfully delivered we will have to assume it has been. You can request a signature confirmation in the notes section of your order if you feel this could be an issue in your area. Color Up cannot refund or resend any order that shows successfully delivered.
