For this summer solstice sound bath ceremony, we will gather in community on the back patio of Color Up CBD Wellness Center. It is a large space and is tented to provide shade and protection from the elements. We will begin by setting intentions and the option of having an individual smoke clearing. This will be followed by an hour sound bath including a gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, tuning forks, and shakers. There will be time afterwards to gather in community to share your sound bath experiences and to celebrate the arrival of summer. (If there is bad weather, we will move inside.)
