Register Here! Offering Highlight: Guided yoga, breath, and full body ice bath immersion. Cold exposure provides scientifically proven mental and physical health benefits. Offering Overview: Intentional cold exposure (ICE) with certified Breath & Cold coach, Jeremiah Davidson. The session will include a short yoga practice, supportive breathwork, and guided individual ice bath immersions. The complete event will be just under two hours.
