Guided yoga, breath, and full body ice bath immersion. Cold exposure provides scientifically proven mental and physical health benefits.
Intentional cold exposure (ICE) with certified Breath & Cold coach, Jeremiah Davidson. The session will include a short yoga practice, supportive breathwork, and guided individual ice bath immersions. The complete event will be just under two hours. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, swimsuit, and bath towel. Dry clothes are recommended to change into after the plunge. Space is limited – please register in advance.
