Class Description:

Go with the Flow yoga- is just that… we will go with the flow of energy for the day, the students or teacher… Some classes may be slow flow and gentle in nature, some may be a little more movement oriented and some may be a Kundalini practice… all with a focus on breathing.

 Teacher Bio:

Marrana is a Certified All levels -Integrative Hatha Yoga teacher & KRI approved Kundalini Yoga Teacher, LMT, LE & future budding herbalist. Marrana’s classes invite each participant to set an intention for their practice, their day, and their life…with mindful breathing, moving the body through flowing postures and ending with a smile. Many of the regular students that come to Marrana’s classes enjoy a sense of camaraderie and community built through a shared practice.  Marrana can be found at the Color Up Wellness Center most days, as the director of account partnerships, having amazing conversations, creating community and loving life!! When she is not at Color Up…She LOVES living in Colorado, being outdoors,fabulous food, friends/family, her pup Ellie Bellie and TRAVEL.
