Gentle Vinyasa Flow

Join me in both February & March to recenter and help get you over that midweek hump!
A gentle vinyasa is slower than your typical Vinyasa class. We will be very intentional in both standing and seated positions, giving ourselves the opportunity to calm our nervous systems, and truly drop in our bodies. This will be a restorative practice for both our bodies and minds.
