Autumn Equinox

The Autumn Equinox is a powerful time of change, transformation, and reflection. As we prepare for winter’s slumber, we are asked to review the year, harvest the change in our choice, enter into a new season that welcomes in more reflection and hibernation. This is a powerful time of year to make room in our lives for what is to come in the next year. We create space for our highest visions and dreams to grow in order to live in our highest alignment.
Join Lisa, Kristin & Samantha for a magical and healing evening as we celebrate the Autumn Equinox together in circle and practice at Color Up Wellness in Denver. We will begin with a ceremonial circle full of reflection, journaling, and breath work followed by a Yin practice and sound healing. In this time of reflection, we can rest, release, and create space for the next season of creation.
Mat, Water, and Journal are recommended. If you need extra props, we have blankets and bolsters to borrow.
